Kids Colors

Kids Colors is an app to help you and your little ones learn the names, writing, and pronunciation of the colors in the Arabic language. Unlike traditional methods of learning that focus on memory and repetition, Kids Colors teaches through games, so that little by little your kids become familiar with the sounds of the language and the look of the calligraphy.

Kids Colors has five different methods of learning the colors. The first is the easiest: at the bottom of the screen you see colored pencils and up top a square with the name of the color inside. Plus as you click on the colors the voice of a child pronounces each word for you. The second section is a list of images with a dominant color that will help you associate the color, pronunciation, and writing of this color. For example, you’ll see a green apple associated with the word for green in Arabic. The third method is more interactive and asks you to pick which of the three words corresponds with the color of the image. The fourth method asks you to point to the image that is different from the rest and the fifth section asks you to point to the color that’s written on the screen.

With Kids Colors you can introduce your kids, in a progressive and fun way, to the colors in Arabic.
